Trip for Spa in Cold Winter

Trip for Spa in Cold Winter

It is so cold these days. It's snowing outside for 2 days! I keep on think of hot, warm things.
So, for those of you who want hot place, I recommend spa.

It is located in Chung-nam Asan. The name of spa is 'Paradise Spa Dogo'.
It takes approximately 30 minutes from Seoul taking KTX.
Paradise Spa Dogo is a premium spa resort in Asan. The facility includes a pool for water massage treatments, a large pool with year-round warm sulfur hot springs, and a variety of water recreation options. Located in the reigning capital of Korea’s hot springs industry, Paradise Spa’s water is the reason for its reputation. There’s also a Doctor Fish foot bath, a kids land, and a lap pool for real swimming. Particularly popular is the outdoor event spa, which is run with seasonal themes.

EAT>
While in Asan, you deserve a number of sulfuric pork-based local dishes and energizing varieties of grilled eels. Pigs there pick up sulfur naturally from Asan’s abundant water resources.

DO>
A spa visit can also be combined with a trip to one of the many nearby tourist favorites, such as Hyeonchungam Temple, Oeam-ri Folk Village, Onyang Folk Museum, Sinjeongho Lake, and the residence of Maeng Sa-seong, a famous 15th-century literati and prime minister for King Sejong.

STAY>
An in-house condominium has plenty of rooms of various types and sizes. The neighborhood is also dotted with modest tourist hotels and lodging facilities.

You want to feel like in an oversea?

You want to feel like in an oversea?

Feel like to go somewhere? No money? No time?
Then, why don't you visit Itaewon instead?
Many restaurants serving international dishes are found in this area including cuisine from India, The United States, Canada, Germany, Spain, Italy,England, France and Mexico, foods that are not widely available in Korea. Essentially, it's known as "Western Town"; reminiscent of many Chinatowns in many Western countries. Itaewon is also, along with Insadong and Seoul Tower, one of the most popular areas in Seoul for tourists.
Today, I want to recommend these two restaurants for you.
When you visit this restaurant it feels like you are really into another country.
Un Deux Trois is the name of restaurant!
Un Deux Trois is a classic Frennch brasserie located in the heart if Seoul's
Itaewon entertainment district. The restaurant hosts Korea's latest international kitchen, serving classic and modern dishes until 2am daily (12 midnight Sunday). Innovative signature cocktails and a well stocked wine cellar complete the experience.

The second place is the Bungalow.
You can feel the tropical atmosphere at here. A nice bar atmophere and good drinks, although you have to order drinks based on what floor you're on.
Drinks are a bit pricey but worth it! The price average is \1.0

Jeju island- The Hawaii of Korea

Jeju Island: The Hawaii of Korea!

One of the most beautiful places in Korea

A semi-tropical island south of the mainland, Jeju is indeed a paradise. The highest mountain in South Korea, Hallasan is a challenging one-day hike. Awaiting you at the top are spectacular views and an extinct volcano crater. White sandy beaches abound at every corner, and there is spectacular scuba diving down south, near Seogwipo. Be sure to check out some of the Crater Tubes, which are massive caves created by receding Lava from Hallasan's Volcanic Eruptions.

Jeju Island Tip: Don't worry about booking a hotel ahead of time, unless you want to stay in one of the luxurious ones such as the Hyatt. There are plenty of rooms available, even during the high season. I like to stay in "Yeogwan" or "Minbaks," which are family run small motels. They are very cheap at around $30 US per night, and are quite comfortable.

Jeju Island Travel Tip: Make sure to pick up a map from Tourist Information at the airport. It will prove itself invaluable during your trip to Jeju Island!

Jeju Travel Tip: It's not that easy or convenient to get around the island via public transport, so if possible, rent a bicycle, scooter or car and use the "coastal road." It's beautiful!

Jeju Travel Tip: Be sure to try some "Jung-Shik" which means the "daily special" or daily plate. It's usually cheap (around 5000 Won), filling and delicious. You'll always get some rice, soup, and then various side dishes. Just look for the place with all the taxis outside and you'll know it's a good one!

The French school moved to Surae Maeul in 1982, so French people moved into the neighborhood for education reasons. Nowdays, half of the French people in Korea in Seorae Village.

3 places to go on Christmas day

What words pop up into your head thinking the December?

Most of the people will think the Christmas. Christmas is the day when people wants to have special memory with special people! For those of you, I recommend 3 places in Korea.

The first place I recommend is Cheonggye Stream. It is very beautiful at night.
When you go to the Cheonggye Stream on Christmas day you could see the performance begins under glaring lights. Everyone comes to that place to enjoy beautiful scence and diverse events.
You should be careful to take car in that day. It will be very crowded.

Second place is Myong-dong. In Myong-dong, you could see many buildings decorated and a big christmas tree along the streets. It is good place to take a photo with your family or boy/girl friends.
There are so many brand shop and famous restaurants at the streets. You should drop by one of the restaurants and have lovely meal.

Third place is 'Namsan Tower' also it is called 'Seoul Tower'. You could see the most beautiful scene of Seoul. It is romantic place for couples. Before you go to Namsan tower I suggest to buy a locker. At the top of the Namsan there is place where you can lock up your padlock and throw away the key. It means the couple who has thrown the key far away that their couple will go lasts forever. How romantic it is! This is the place where people confess one's love.
